PRO INPUT MODE (PIM): EFFORTLESS INTEGRATION ON BOTH SIDES OF THE HARDWARE

Every transducer and external DAQ listed in this matrix can reach FreqCheck two ways: through an exported file, or live, through a direct DC-coupled line-in connection governed by Pro Input Mode.

FreqCheck bridges external hardware directly to iOS through standard USB-C, Lightning-to-USB Camera Adapters, or 3.5mm TRRS inputs. These native ports function as universal data gateways, allowing you to plug in a measurement microphone or bridge analog BNC sensors through ICP-to-USB signal conditioners and external DAQs.

When a supported instrument is connected live, Pro Input Mode locks the sample rate to match your hardware's clock — 44.1, 48.0, 96.0, or 192.0 kHz — and hands you direct manual control over ADC voltage ceiling, sensor sensitivity, and acoustic offset. Activating PIM bypasses internal iOS noise-cancellation filters and standard automatic gain control, securing a true DC-coupled line-in pathway that captures unattenuated raw voltage and extreme low-frequency seismic telemetry natively on the device.

That means the same phone in your pocket steps directly into a role normally reserved for dedicated laboratory signal conditioners, eliminating the need to install drivers, configure interface software, or negotiate proprietary handshakes to get your data.
