By downloading, accessing, or using the FreqCheck™ iOS application ("App"), freqcheck.com ("Website"), and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App or Website.
MEDICAL & SAFETY DISCLAIMER: FreqCheck™ is an engineered metrology and frequency measurement analysis tool. It is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any disease. Do not use this tool as a replacement for professional medical advice or clinical diagnostic equipment.
The FreqCheck™ standard and Pro licenses grant you the right to use the software for public display in social media, video reviews, academic research, and news reporting. You may use FreqCheck™ reports to critique hardware, analyze digital media, or verify third-party acoustic claims.
COMMERCIAL RESTRICTION: MANUFACTURERS and BRANDS are strictly prohibited from using FreqCheck™ or IND CORE™ branding, logos, or report data in product packaging, advertising, marketing materials, or official "Certification" claims without an explicit Enterprise License from Abundance Sea, LLC.
The FreqCheck™ IND CORE™ Signal Engine holds an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Calibration Certificate (Cert #05122C9A 2602). However, hardware components (e.g., your device's internal microphone or third-party audio interfaces) vary greatly. Reliance on this software for life-safety, legal, or industrial compliance applications requires the user to perform independent hardware calibration and traceability checks on the host device and external sensors. Abundance Sea, LLC is not responsible for errors, omissions, or damages caused by uncalibrated, modified, or damaged consumer hardware.
PRO INPUT MODE (PIM), WIDEBAND & DPS CONFIGURATION LIABILITY:
Pro Input Mode, Wideband Metrology Mode, and the Dynamic Pulse Sequence (DPS) allow manual entry of hardware-specific values, including sample rate lock, ADC voltage ceiling, sensor sensitivity coefficient, acoustic offset, hardware channel routing, physical units, and mode toggles. These values are supplied entirely by the user and are not independently verified, validated, or corrected by the App. The accuracy of any measurement, and any report generated from it, is directly dependent on the accuracy of the values you enter. You are solely responsible for confirming these values against your instrument's own calibration certificate or manufacturer specification before relying on any resulting data for legal, regulatory, or safety-critical purposes. Abundance Sea, LLC is not responsible for inaccurate results arising from incorrect, outdated, or estimated configuration values entered by the user.
To ensure spectral processing integrity and align with NIST-traceable standards, the App enforces the following laboratory protocols:
FreqCheck™ users have the ability to export NIST-traceable PDF Audit Reports. To maintain the chain of custody and prevent tampering, these reports are generated locally on your device via our zero-knowledge edge computing framework. Each report is stamped with a cryptographic secure ID consisting of a Hex-Timestamp and a unique Device-Hash derived from your hardware.
When a report is generated from a Pro Input Mode, Wideband, or DPS session, the exact hardware configuration in effect at the time of capture — sample rate, ADC ceiling, sensitivity, offset, channel routing, and physical units — is permanently included on the report as part of this same sealing process. Abundance Sea, LLC does not store copies of your generated reports.
FreqCheck™ offers premium features through subscription tiers ("FreqCheck PRO") and one-time purchases ("Lifetime Access" or "Remove Ads").
FreqCheck™, the IND CORE™ Engine, and all related algorithms, UI designs, and trade secrets are the exclusive property of Abundance Sea, LLC. These technologies are globally protected under U.S. Patent No. 12,659,418 and further supported by continuation application 19/660,467. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the signal processing algorithms.
All third-party manufacturer names, hardware models, and corporate trademarks referenced within this software or accompanying documentation (such as Dewesoft, PCB Piezotronics, Apple, ROGA Instruments, etc.) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their inclusion is strictly for Nominative Fair Use to indicate hardware compatibility and implies no official endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Abundance Sea, LLC.
By using this software, you agree that all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this agreement, the App, or the Website shall be determined exclusively by binding arbitration in MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA USA. You expressly waive your right to a jury trial and your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
